I love this bee! I wanted my ladybug to have a friend… And when I think of my pals, I think of a bumble bee. Weird? Let me explain…
When my first friend from high school got married, we started a tradition. For her “something borrowed” we gave her a bumble bee brooch. The deal was she had to put it on her wedding bouquet, and she kept it until the next girl got married. Well, that bumble bee brooch has now been attached to 8 wedding bouquets! Truly a miracle that thing has not been lost.
